About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new partnerships and expanding our reach in the salon and clinic industry. You’ll use your insider knowledge, strong relationships, and passion for the industry to connect with salon and clinic owners, introduce them to Salon Guru’s award-winning services, and help them achieve measurable growth.

This role requires a dynamic, people-focused leader who understands both the creative side of the beauty industry and the commercial mindset of business owners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new salon and clinic clients in the UK and internationally.
  • Leverage your industry network and reputation to build long-term relationships with owners and decision-makers.
  • Represent Salon Guru at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing and creative teams to ensure client needs are understood and exceeded.
  • Identify new opportunities for service innovation and business growth.
  • Contribute to the leadership team with ideas, insights, and strategic direction.

 

About You

You will ideally bring:

  • Extensive experience working within the salon/clinic industry, with an excellent reputation and strong industry connections.
  • Proven success in senior sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • A genuine passion for the salon and beauty sector, with insight into what business owners need to thrive.
  • Strong understanding of websites, social media, search engines, and other digital marketing tools (formal expertise not essential, but an advantage).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire trust and enthusiasm.

Essential Requirements

  • Based in the UK
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
