1. NCE Overview and Quick Guide

The New Client Engine helps to convert more website visitors and signups into paying clients. It has two main components -

1. Retarget Adverts to Vistors: automatically categorizes website visitors into specific audiences based on pages visited using the Meta pixel. These audiences allow us to target reminder advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

2. Chase Client Conversions through Reminders: automatically send out a sequence of emails and/or text message reminders. It also tracks who opened and clicked and where sign-ups came from (the source).

Watch a video and read more about it on this page.

Quick Set-up Guide

Audiences & Retarget Adverts

  1.  Agree audiences with the client e.g. extensions, smoothing, NCO
  2.  Add audiences into the client's Meta adverts manager based on page visits
  3.  Create adverts for any that have a campaign  e.g. NCO
  4.  Create Retarget adverts - 1 adset per audience

Chase signups

  1.  Agree a signup per page/audience e.g. NCO voucher or free guide
  2.  Ensure all incoming links have URL suffix (ads, emails and internal links)
  3.  Create WPForm with 2 hidden fields to capture URL suffix and referring URL see part2
  4.  Turn OFF autoresponder in WPForm (and Zapier?)
  5.  Create Drip-Feed in SG emails with sequence see part 3
  6.  Connect to Sendy
  7. TEST
  8. Revisit to check data is captured on SG Emails > Reports and drip-feed Emails sent in Sendy.

Add Source/Suffix

Adding a suffix to the end of the URL, allows us to monitor and track the source of website traffic. The suffix contains specific information about the source of the link. We can gain insights and analayse what is showing to be most effective in driving traffic to a website.

We need to add the correct suffix to each part of a campaign. For example /?source=GBP

FA: Facebook Advert (add this to the end of any urls used in Facebook Campaigns)

FR: is Facebook reminders

ER: Email Response (add this to the end of any urls used in drip feed emails)

OP: Offers Page (add this to the url for offer pages on the website)

LE: Lost Clients (add to any links in emails where you are using a client list targeted atpeople who have not visited for 12 months or more

AB: Action Button (add to basically any internal website link (except when it is an offer page). So, image links, buttons etc...

GBL/GBP: Google Business Listing (add to the end of any links you use when adding offers on Google Business Pages)
