As promised, here is some information about the marketing services available to support The Colour Bar.  If you decide to go ahead, you would work with a dedicated Client Manager. 

The two most popular marketing options available are Lite (3 hours a month) and Pro (5 hours a month).  Below is an example of what you could expect for Lite and Pro...

PRO: 5 hours of Salon Guru time per month = £400 plus VAT

• Monthly Google Rank report (we look at how your website is performing and come up with a plan of action to move key salon/hair phrases higher up on Google.  Ideally we want multiple phrases at number 1.
• Hosting & Maintenance of your website (keeping the site safe and up-to-date with daily updates and checks so your website does not go off-line or get hacked!)
• 2 blogs (these are a great way of keeping clients up to day while also improving Google ranking for key phrases that need a boost)
• 1 newsletter (we can create this on our Sendy system or via Salon iQ system. This is a great way to tell existing clients about services, products, team changes, offers etc - and we always encourage them to book!)
• 3 month marketing plan (your Client Manager will send you ongoing marketing ideas and chat to you about what you really need help with.  She will then come up with a tailored plan, whether that is to get more new clients, get lost clients to visit, encourage existing clients to try new services... or anything else you need help with)
• Website updates (your client manager will be available to do any updates you require such as price updates, team updates, new pages to promote new services).
• Social Media audit:  Depending on how you want to use your 5 hours a month, we could also carry out an audit of your social media platforms, with recommendations on how to improve.
• Google Business Profile audit: Depending on how you want to use your 5 hours a month, we could also carry out an audit of your GBP, with recommendations on how to improve.

LITE:  3 hours of Salon Guru time per month = £240 plus VAT

If you decide not to go ahead with marketing, the following option is also available:

Website Hosting & Maintenance = £50 plus VAT per month. (NOTE TO CMs:  The H&M fee changes, depending on the sort of Build the client originally purchased so check the Prices & Fees on knowledge base.

Additional one-off hours can be purchased for updates at £100 plus VAT per month on top of the H&M price.
