Designing Your New Website – example email

Dear [client name],

My name is [your name] and I am the [job title] at Salon Guru.  I will be responsible for coming up with a tailored design for your new website. It might be helpful if we could jump on a call or a zoom so I can find out a little more about the sort of website you would like. If you can let me know your availability, then I can set that up.

In the meantime, you might have some ideas you would like to share with me.  Perhaps you have seen some websites you love. If so, please share those links with me in preparation for our meeting.
