How a salon gives access to a facebook page and adverts account

How to add your client manager so they can set facebook adverts on your behalf.

This needs to be done on a PC, NOT a mobile.

1. Add your client manager as admin to your facebook page.

Go to Settings / Roles – add client manager as Editor. The manager will need to have LIKED your page 1st.

2. Add your client manager to your facebook adverts as a manager.

The manager needs to FRIEND your before this can be done.
Click Home in the blue facebook top bar so you are on your personal newsfeed.
On the left menu look for Ads Manager or Adverts Manager.
When that opens click the box of 9 dots Business Tools top left.
When the menu opens clicks Ad Account Settings
On the right look for Ad Account Roles and click the blue “Add Person” button.
Tell your manager it is done and ask them to test.

You will also need to add your Credit Card details to your Facebook Adverts Account (if not already done):
Log onto your facebook page. Click on the little triangle top right of the blue bar. Click on Manage Ads. Top left it says Ads Manager – open that up and go to Billing. Then Payment Settings. You’ll see your expired credit card there. Above that is a button that says Add Payment Method. Add the card details for the card you want to pay with.
