Mirror Image Grooming has quickly built a reputation as one of the area’s go-to destinations for modern male grooming, offering professional barbering services in a welcoming and stylish environment.
The business also strengthened its online presence following the launch of a new SEO-optimised website in May 2025. The client wanted to improve visibility on Google and other search engines so approached Salon Guru to create a simple but effective website that clients could find when searching for barbers in Inverkeithing, Scotland.
Improved search rankings, mobile-friendly design and clear service information have all helped increase awareness of the brand online, attracting new visitors and helping the business connect with more local clients looking for quality grooming services.

Impressive Rank Results For Simple Websites
One of the key aims for Mirror Image's new website was to create a simple design that still ranked well on internet searches.
We set about creating four pages that contained all the information visitors might want to read about including the types of haircuts men are looking for, beard services and how to book.
Salon Guru launched this website in May 2025 at a time when Mirror Image Grooming were barely visible on searches. Before we launched their website they had just 2 searched for barber phrases in the top 3 places on Google and zero at number 1.
Three months later and they had 30 phrases at number 1 and 34 in the top 3 places. A whopping 17 phrases that had previously not ranked at all were now ranking at number 1 or 2 including 'best barbers in Inverkeithing' and 'best barbers in Fife'.
As the months have passed, this barbershop has continued to dominate Google searches in Inverkeithing and even across Fife. In March 2026 they had 48 phrases at number 1 on Google and 54 in the top 3 places.
In the example here, you can see that Mirror Image are ranked number 1 with their Google Business Profile also showing on the 'Google Map Pack' and also sitting organically at number 1 on Google. Great results for a simple but effective salon website.
