What The Client Wanted

The Nest Salons have worked with Salon Guru for around three years, during a period of steady growth for the business and brand. 

In July 2025, the website was given a makeover to support the opening of The Nest’s second salon in Sobha Hartland. With the original Jumeirah salon already well established, the new website needed to reflect where the business was heading next.

The aim was to create a site that felt calm, elegant and in keeping with the salon experience itself. It needed to show the full range of services, from hair, beauty and nails to professional blow dries, treatments and the Waterfall Hair Spa, while giving clients a clear feel for the quality and care The Nest is known for.

SEO was also a key part of the project. Jumeirah and Sobha Hartland are both highly competitive areas, so the website needed to work harder in local search and help more clients find the salons when looking for luxury hair, beauty and nail services in Dubai.

This was not just a design refresh. It was about creating a stronger website that could support both salon locations long term, with ongoing SEO content, blogs, service pages, Google Business Profile management and regular optimisation.

One of the strongest signs of success since the website makeover has been the continued growth in website engagement and organic search visibility.

In May 2026, compared to the previous period, The Nest Salons website received 7,784 visits, 10,908 page views and 7,772 unique visitors. Outbound clicks also increased by 18.4%, reaching 861, while average visit duration rose by 5.6% and actions per visit increased by 7.1%.

These results show that the website is attracting strong traffic and encouraging visitors to take action once they arrive.

Organic search traffic also continued to grow. In May 2026, the website received 819 visits from search engines, up 13.1% compared to the previous period. Organic traffic now accounts for 11% of all website visits, with visitors arriving from 5 different search engines.

In May 2026, 5,010 website visits came directly from Google Business Profile activity, making up 66% of all website traffic. This is a valuable source of traffic because these visitors are often already looking for a salon, hair colour specialist, blow dry, nail appointment or beauty treatment in the local area.

Year on year, the profiles continue to show positive signs of growth, including increased profile interactions, stronger conversion rates and continued visibility across local Google searches.
