DPA

Please read the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) carefully before you agree to the terms. By clicking “Accept” below, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Data Processing Agreement.  If you are accepting on behalf of a company by clicking “Accept” you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so.

HOW TO EXECUTE THIS DPA

  1. Read the Agreement that consists of 3 parts: the main body of the DPA and Schedules 1 & 2 (located in the scroll box below).
  2. Use the PDF or Print icons at the top to keep a copy.
  3. Provide the information required by completing the fields located below the scroll box.
  4. Agree to the terms of the DPA by clicking the “Accept” button at the bottom of the page.

We will email you with the information you have entered and a download link for the Agreement as a PDF file.

This is an electronically signed agreement. If you would also like a signed printed-copy please contact us.

This form is to be completed by the Salon Owner or a Company Director. The data is used within the Agreement as the "Client"
