The best way to get new clients into your salon
Christian Wiles Hairdressing is a salon based in Northampton, UK and at the start of 2013 we created a Salon New Client campaign with them that ran on their website and facebook page.
The promotion was aimed at attracting more new clients to their salon and offered a 50% discount off a Cut & Finnish.
To get the offer client had to leave their name and email on a simple form on the webpage which triggered an automatic email to the client.

If you capture their name and email –
- You know at any time the total number that have claimed the New Client offer
- You can include the full Terms and Conditions in the email to prevent misuse or confusion in the salon

The results of the New Salon Client promotion
The webpage was published 6th January and was featured on their Home Page. It was also posted regularly to their facebook page and was supported with occasional paid promotion of the posts.
The new client voucher email was downloaded 317 times by the 20th March.
280 of these vouchers were used in-salon within the 20 day time limit in the terms.
